    Came in this morning to ask some questions about my car and I was pleased how Franklin took his time to map out a plan for me to get the routine service my car needs. Don't think I've ever been to shop like this, meaning no one takes the time. He gave me a print out of required things and when they should be done. I've been to other locations and all they wanted to do was set up an appointment but I just wanted some simple answers to my questions. Long story short I did setup an appointment and will get the things done that's needed. This is my new go to repair shop!!!

    Got 4 new tires on a Friday. Sunday afternoon I had a flat tire( front passenger side). Took van to auto tire on Monday. Waited an hour and a half. Left with not tire. Did not have it in stock. They do not have enough workers for the volume of customers. Finally got a new tire in Tuesday morning.

    The attendant would not honor the coupons I had. He tried to push synthetic oil when all I wanted was conventional. I will not go back to the Ballwin location.

    Altho Nick corrected the issue of my dangerously damaged tires this time, I still feel I was charged $100+ for an alignment I didn't need a month ago. If any of the 'team' had noticed the bad tires, I could have avoided a second visit and an apparently dangerous drive to/from the airport with these bad tires. This is my second major issue with this location of AutoTire, and altho it is very convenient for me, I really don't think I'll be bring my van back there again.

    I went to this auto tire yesterday to get a diagnosis on a possible bad hub and bearing and came the next morning for them to fix it. They took about 4 hours to fix everything and I was able to take off. I drove maybe a total of 10 miles between getting the hubby and going home. Car ran perfect! A few hours later I go to leave for work and make it 6 miles down the highway and the car starts uncontrollably shaking. Couldn’t get it to slow down enough without shaking. Feels like the wheel was about to come off. So I call AAA to tow back to auto tire, mom to come and get me and also the desk person by the name of Dan. After explaining everything to him his response was okay we will see you soon to see what’s going on. Well here we are now standing in front of mr. dan and he says okay I just need the keys and we will look at it tomorrow..... uhm what??!! I paid for the job today and also you told me when I called we were looking at the issue today. Now here I am without a car after waiting for multiple hours of getting it fixed. Dan had no concern over the issue and also proceeded to tell me he thinks it was a different problem. Well probably the fact I let you guys even touch my vehicle was the problem. He had no concern over what could’ve happened to me if something really did happen. Just was completely ignorant about the whole situation. I would love to talk to someone higher up about this issue because the fact that I didn’t even make it 6 miles on the highway before this happened is concerning and thinking of everything that could’ve happened and being told by someone I trusted with my vehicle that he thinks it’s probably something else is pathetic. Take the blame because I just got my car back 2 hours prior.

    This location supposedly repaired my daughters vehicle. 7 months preganant, today was traveling to work and car started to shake uncontrollably. This was not happening before the service this morning! Dan the asst manager says we cant look at it till tomorrow and its not something "WE" did! Smh!! Terrible customer service!

    Mr. Bryant took the time to work with my warranty company, both by phone and fax, to ensure that my tire replacement was completed quickly, correctly, and within warranty requirements. He kept me apprised of the situation and even got the warranty company to expedite approval, which saved me hours of wait time. It's never fun to have a flat tire, but Autotire made the repair painless!
